Nett is a tracking and informational tool. It is not a financial adviser, investment platform, bank, or regulated financial service.
Nett does not provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. All information displayed in the App — including asset values, price changes, portfolio performance, insights, and projections — is for informational purposes only. You should consult a qualified financial adviser before making any financial decisions. We are not responsible for any financial losses or decisions made based on information shown in the App.
You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use Nett. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement.
You may use Nett without creating an account (data stored locally only). If you create an account for cloud sync, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
You agree to provide accurate information when creating an account and to notify us promptly of any unauthorised access.
You retain full ownership of all financial data you enter into Nett. We do not claim any ownership or intellectual property rights over your data.
You are solely responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the data you enter. Nett relies on data you provide and on third-party price feeds which may be delayed, inaccurate, or unavailable.

Nett offers a free tier and optional paid subscription plans ("Pro"). Subscriptions are billed through the platform you purchased from (Google Play, Apple App Store, or Stripe for web).
Nett uses third-party services to provide live price data for stocks, cryptocurrencies, and trading cards. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of this data.
Price data is provided for informational purposes only. It may be delayed and should not be relied upon for trading or investment decisions. We are not liable for any losses resulting from inaccurate or delayed price data.
The App, including its design, code, branding, and content (excluding your personal data), is owned by Nett and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the App.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not warrant the accuracy or reliability of any data displayed in the App.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Nett and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the App.
Our total liability for any claims related to the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
You may stop using the App at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms or for any other reason with reasonable notice.
Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases. Data stored locally on your device remains yours. Cloud-synced data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the App. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
If you are a consumer in the EU, you retain the benefit of any mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which you reside.
