Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By using the Nett app or website ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. Nett is operated by its developer ("Nett", "we", "us"). You must be at least 13 years old (or the higher minimum age in your country) and legally able to accept these Terms; if you are under the age of majority, a parent or guardian must accept them for you.

2. The Service

Nett combines AI-powered trading-card scanning and collection tracking with personal finance tracking: market price lookups, portfolio and net-worth tracking, watchlists, reports, and related features. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

4. Accounts

• Some features require an account (Google or email sign-in). You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure; you are responsible for activity under your account.
• One account per person. Accounts may not be shared, sold, or transferred. Duplicate accounts created to gain extra credits may be disqualified and terminated.

5. Free plan, credits and ads

• Free plan: 30 free scan credits when you create your account (a one-time welcome allowance — credits do not reset or renew monthly), plus finance tracking, portfolio export, and single-device daily backup. 1 credit = 1 card scan. Credits never expire.
• Additional credits can be earned in the app — currently by watching rewarded ads (5 credits per ad, up to 10 ads per day); we may offer other ways to earn credits from time to time. Certain features may cost credits (for example, Nett Edge access currently costs 5 credits for 24 hours).
• Credit amounts, allowances, earn rates, and feature pricing may be adjusted to keep the Service sustainable. Credits have no cash value, are not transferable, and are not redeemable.
• Attempting to circumvent credit limits, rate limits, or the Pro paywall is a breach of these Terms.

6. Nett Pro subscription

• Pro (currently US$5.99/month): unlimited scans, no ads, real-time multi-device sync, and the Performance dashboard (profit analytics). Pricing may vary by region and may change with notice.
• Pro is an auto-renewing monthly subscription billed through the app store on your device (e.g. Google Play). Billing, renewal, cancellation, and refunds are managed by the app store under its policies and applicable law. Cancel anytime in your store subscription settings; access continues until the end of the paid period. No refunds for partial months except where required by law.

7. Price data, scanner accuracy, and third-party content

• Card and asset prices are sourced from third parties including TCGplayer (via TCGCSV), PriceCharting, Cardmarket, Scrydex, eBay, and CoinGecko. All prices are indicative only; we do not guarantee their accuracy, completeness, or timeliness. Nett is not a marketplace and does not buy, sell, or broker cards or any other asset.
• The card scanner uses AI (visual matching and OCR) to identify cards. Misidentifications can occur — especially for similar artwork, promo variants, foils, and damaged or worn cards. Always verify the matched card before relying on any price or estimate shown.
• Third-party data displayed in the Service remains subject to its providers' rights and may not be scraped, extracted, redistributed, or resold.

8. eBay affiliate disclosure

Nett participates in the eBay Partner Network. When you tap through to eBay listings from the Service, Nett may earn a commission from qualifying purchases. This does not affect the price you pay. Transactions on eBay are between you and the seller under eBay's terms — Nett is not a party to them and is not responsible for listings, sellers, items, or disputes.

9. Your content and licence

You own the data you add to the Service (your portfolio, collection, scans, and settings). You grant Nett the limited, non-exclusive licence needed to host, store, process, back up, transmit, and display that data in order to operate, secure, and improve the Service, including producing anonymised aggregate statistics as described in the Privacy Policy. You can permanently delete your data at any time (Profile → Delete Account & All Data). You are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of the content you add.

10. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use automated tools, bots, or scrapers against the Service, or harvest, redistribute, or resell its data (including pricing data);
• circumvent or attempt to circumvent credit limits, rate limits, security controls, or the Pro paywall;
• create multiple accounts to gain additional free credits;
• reverse engineer, decompile, probe, or attempt unauthorised access to the Service, its APIs, or other users' data;
• use the Service for any unlawful purpose or upload content that is illegal or infringes others' rights.

11. Intellectual property and trademarks

• The Service, including its software, design, and catalogue compilation, is owned by Nett or its licensors and protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app for its intended purpose — nothing more.
• Pokémon, One Piece, Disney Lorcana, Magic: The Gathering, Yu-Gi-Oh!, and all related game names, logos, characters, and card images are trademarks and copyrights of their respective owners. PSA, BGS, CGC and other grading names are trademarks of their owners. TCGplayer, PriceCharting, Cardmarket, Scrydex, eBay, and CoinGecko are trademarks of their owners. Nett is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of these companies.

12. Availability; "as is"

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied — including accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, that data will never be lost (keep your own exports of important data), or that any price, estimate, or identification is correct.

13. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law: (a) Nett is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost or inaccurate data, loss of goodwill, or the cost of substitute services; (b) Nett is not liable for losses arising from inaccurate card identification, incorrect or delayed pricing data, tax-report outputs, trading or grading decisions made using the Service, third-party services, or events beyond our reasonable control; and (c) Nett's total aggregate liability for all claims relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (or US$10 if you paid nothing). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limits; in those places, our liability is limited to the greatest extent the law allows, and nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded (such as for fraud, or death or personal injury caused by negligence).

14. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Nett harmless from claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Service, or your violation of law or third-party rights.

15. Termination

You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms, abuse the Service, or create risk for other users, with notice where practicable. Sections that by their nature should survive (including 3, 8–15, and 17–19) survive termination.

16. App store terms

If you downloaded the app from Google Play or the Apple App Store, the store's own terms also apply. Google and Apple are not parties to these Terms, have no obligation to provide support or maintenance for the app, and are not responsible for the Service or any claims relating to them.

17. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Israel, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Israel — without depriving you of any mandatory consumer protections of the country where you live.

18. General

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and Nett regarding the Service. We may update these Terms as the Service evolves; material changes will be reflected by the date above and, where appropriate, notified in the app or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
